CNC machining
Whether one part or one thousand parts, our wide variety of CNC machines will help cut your downtime in manufacturing broken or not-available parts quickly and efficiently.
Manual machining
For those rush jobs, our manual machining division can handle most! With Chucks ranging from 84in for those big jobs down to 3in for those delicate intricate jobs.
Line boring services
Got a piece of equipment that needs repair and isn't easily moveable? We'll come to you with our lineboring service trailer and get you back in operation quickly.
Spray welding
Pump shaft or gearbox shaft in need of repair but can't be distorted from welding? Spray welding may be the solution. Requires much less heat and doesn't pull like conventional welding would while still providing a strong surface for bearing and seals to sit.
Design work via CAD
Got an idea for a part or an assembly but need help to see it through? From idea to finish part, Mackenzie Machining has the knowledge, expertise, and equipment to turn dreams into reality.
Welding
Stick, Tig or Mig, our experienced journeyman welders can weld it all! From buckets needing complete rebuild or a custom titanium exhaust for your show car.
Inspection services
Something not lining up or unsure if your part is within spec? We offer measuring services up to 36in on outside diameters, 40in on inside diameter, and 120in on total indicated runout(TIR) on shafts.
CNC plasma table
Looking for a custom sign or brackets? Our CNC plasma table will cut up to 1/2in thick.
